Sessions are £70 for 50 minutes, whether in-person, online, or by phone. Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking, with bank transfer details provided upon arrangement. This ensures your session is secured and allows us to focus fully on your therapy.

  • In-person at Lifeways Therapy Centre or Tyler House in Stratford-upon-Avon

  • Online via a secure video platform

  • Phone for those who prefer audio-only sessions

 

Longer sessions can be arranged if required.
